Sulochana Senarath
Sulochana Senarath is the Founder and Director of Edusphere, established in 2019 with a vision of providing quality education and meaningful academic guidance for students preparing for their G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations, as well as Edexcel and Cambridge O/L and A/L programmes.
A proud past pupil of Bandaranayake College Gampaha, he later graduated as an Engineer from University of Moratuwa, one of Sri Lanka's leading universities for engineering and technology. Despite his engineering background, his passion for teaching and mentoring students inspired him to establish Edusphere.
He strongly believes that education should be delivered not only by qualified educators, but by individuals who are genuinely passionate about teaching and committed to supporting students throughout their academic journey. His dedication to maintaining high educational standards and providing the right guidance has been the foundation of Edusphere's growth and success.
As a leader, Mr. Senarath is known for leading by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, respect, and continuous learning among both staff and students. Under his leadership, Edusphere has expanded from a mathematics-focused institute into a trusted educational institution offering local and international curricula, supported by over 16 qualified teachers and serving more than 900 students.
